As an IT consulting company with 50 years of experience, PTA has many years of expertise in coaching. Our clients include medium-sized and large companies from a wide range of industries, who use our coaching to sustainably increase their innovation rate and productivity.
To ensure and increase the quality of new and further developments and to increase availability in day-to-day operations, a general test process for agile and classic projects as well as line operations will be introduced as part of the project.
The technical task of the project is the introduction of an advice software and its integration into the existing system landscape with the main components master data management, Euromistral and Seeburger EDI.
Following the reorganization of the IT department, the basic IT processes and all individually developed applications are analyzed by independent consultants.
